We would like to inform you of an important organisational change within Samp S.p.A., part of the Swegon Group.
As of 1 January, Alessandro Lora has taken on the role of Managing Director of Samp, allowing Dimitri Sala to focus fully on key strategic projects for the future development of the company.
Three years ago, Swegon acquired Samp S.p.A., the Italian leader in the modular air handling unit market. Under Dimitri Sala's leadership, Samp has achieved excellent results, with record turnover and the launch of numerous integration processes. His contribution has been instrumental in ensuring continuity and success in the transition to the Swegon Group.
We are now entering the second phase of integration, with the aim of developing Samp as a centre of excellence for the Southern European market, increasing collaboration within the Group and leveraging the opportunities arising from being part of one of the leading players in the HVAC sector in Europe.
Alessandro Lora, previously Director of Business Development in the Cooling & Heating BU, brings with him over 22 years of experience in the HVAC sector, 15 of which at Swegon, and solid expertise gained in previous integration projects.
Dimitri Sala will continue to contribute to Samp's development project in a strategic role, leveraging his experience in the air handling unit sector.
This organisational change represents a natural evolution in Samp S.p.A.'s growth path, which looks to the future with strengthened leadership and an increasingly integrated vision at Group level. We will continue to work with passion and expertise alongside our customers and partners to build new opportunities for development and value together.
